1. About these terms
This website is operated under the personal brand Mahak Menghani, Clarity Coach for Women, based in India. These terms apply to this website, its educational resources and coaching services. Please read them before booking or purchasing. A service-specific agreement or booking policy provided before payment also applies. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.
2. Coaching services and eligibility
Services may include the Clarity Conversation, Astitva private coaching, reflection exercises and digital guides. Paid coaching is intended for adults aged 18 and above. The service description and written agreement explain the duration, scope, price, access and support included. Booking a Clarity Conversation does not commit you to a longer programme.
3. Coaching disclosure
Coaching supports reflection, self-awareness, decisions and everyday practice. It is not psychotherapy, psychiatric care, diagnosis, medical treatment or emergency support. References to beliefs, emotions or family patterns are used in a coaching context. Mahak’s finance qualifications do not make content on this website personalised financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Seek an appropriately qualified professional for those needs.
4. Your participation and outcomes
You decide what to share, which suggestions to use and what actions to take. Tell your coach when an exercise feels unsuitable. Experiences vary with individual circumstances and participation. No specific emotional, relationship, health, income or other outcome is guaranteed. Stories and examples are illustrative unless expressly identified as a client’s authorised account.
5. Bookings, prices and payments
Check the current service details, total payable amount, currency, applicable taxes and booking policies before payment. The Clarity Conversation is currently described as a 30-minute online session priced at ₹999; the amount shown and agreed before payment governs your booking. Other programme fees are agreed separately in writing. Payments use the checkout provider displayed at booking. A failed or pending payment is not confirmation of a booking. Contact us if money is debited without a confirmation.
6. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds
The specific cancellation, rescheduling, missed-session and refund terms must be provided before you pay and form part of your booking or programme agreement. Contact us at mahak@mahakmenghani.com with your booking reference for a request. If no policy was provided, ask for written terms before paying; no unpublished cancellation charge is imposed by this page. If we cancel and cannot agree a replacement session, you may request a refund for the undelivered service. Any statutory remedy for a deficient or misdescribed service remains available. This page does not create a blanket “no refunds” policy.
7. Digital resources and delivery
Free guides may be delivered by email after the relevant form is completed. Check the address entered and your spam or promotions folder, and contact us if a requested guide does not arrive. Any paid digital product must state its delivery method, access period and refund terms before purchase. Online sessions and digital resources do not involve physical shipping unless expressly stated.
8. Confidentiality and session recordings
Personal coaching discussions are treated with care and shared only for agreed service delivery or where disclosure is required by law or needed to address a serious safety concern. Coaching does not create legal privilege. Any session recording requires separate agreement in advance, including its purpose and access arrangements. Do not record or distribute sessions without permission. Public comments and social platforms are not private coaching spaces.
9. Materials and acceptable use
Website copy, guides, exercises, recordings and programme materials are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may use resources supplied to you for your own personal learning. Do not resell, republish, distribute or use them to deliver your own programme without written permission. Do not misuse forms, send harmful or unlawful material, impersonate others or interfere with the website.
10. Testimonials, affiliations and third-party links
Testimonials, where shown, describe individual experiences and do not promise the same outcome. A paid partnership or affiliate benefit will be disclosed with the relevant recommendation if one is used. Linked websites, booking services, payment services and newsletter platforms have their own terms. We do not control their independent content or availability.
11. Website availability and responsibility
We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but website content may be updated or temporarily unavailable. Contact us to confirm information important to a purchase. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable from a breach of these terms. No term excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or mandatory consumer protections.
12. Concerns, applicable law and changes
Please send service concerns to Mahak Menghani at mahak@mahakmenghani.com, including enough detail to identify the issue. We will review your concern and respond without undue delay. Indian law applies, subject to mandatory rights in your location. You may approach a competent court or consumer forum as permitted by law.
